2:15 PM PDT: The previously identified attack has subsided and service levels have returned to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation for any indications of further trouble.
1:30 PM PDT: Issue is still ongoing and has been identified as a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack. DDoS protection services are in place and responding, which is keep services up and available, although performance is still severely impacted.
12:30 PM PDT: We have been alerted to an internet connectivity disruption with one of our upstream providers. This disruption is causing degradation across many of our services. Engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
