Trouble emailing Microsoft-hosted accounts

12:30 PM PT: All mail is flowing normally.

11:00 AM PT: Previously sent emails, which were backlogged and queued for delivery, are gradually being accepted by Outlook, Hotmail, and other Microsoft-hosted services.

10:00 AM PT: Newly sent emails are now being successfully delivered via secondary mail server infrastructure. Previously sent email are still queued and backlogged on our primary mail server infrastructure. We are working to get these delivered as soon as possible.

8:00 AM PT: For any customers experiencing difficulty emailing Outlook, Hotmail, or other Microsoft-hosted email accounts, we have identified the problem and are working with our Microsoft partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, do not make any configuration changes to your email program. Thank you.
