Please note that we are investigating an issue related to previous maintenance which is impacting a number of function on our website, including the following:
- Domain search and WHOIS/RDAP lookup
- All transactions, including domain registrations, renewals and transfers
- Updates and configuration changes to existing products and services
Transactions which are affected by this issue will be identified and reprocessed by Webnames. No action is required by customers.
For all other actions which fail during the maintenance period, we ask that customers re-perform those actions once maintenance has been completed.
