8:30 AM PT: Please note that access to the .CA registry has been restored. WHOIS services are also back online. The DNS continued to function properly throughout the outage, and .CA websites remained accessible at all times. 8:20 AM PT: The .CA registry appears to be back online. We are awaiting confirmation from CIRA. 7:45 AM PT: CIRA continues working to resolve the issue and will keep everyone updated on their progress. 5:45 AM PT: Due to an operational issue within the .CA Registry, CIRA has temporarily taken the .CA Registry offline.This will affect the ability to register, renew and update .CA domain names, as well as WHOIS lookups We will keep you apprised as we know more.
