7:30 AM PT: We are currently experiencing a power outage at the Webnames Vancouver office, which has also affected out upstream Internet provider. While this outage will not affect any services subscribed to by customers, it does impact our phone support via 1 866 221-7878 as well as all other contact numbers. Therefore, phone support will be unavailable until at least such time that power is restored.
Support via email is unaffected and will be available throughout the power outage.
